How does ‘Boost My Business‘ work?
Users schedule Tweets according to their preferred date and time. Content for the Tweet is submitted and a photo is uploaded (optional). Scheduled Tweets are reviewed and if in approved shared via @Champ_Payne as per details of the booking.
How does ‘Secure Tweets’ work?
Secure Tweets enables you to pres-select the number of Tweets you would like to use for your online campaign.
How will scheduled Tweets be shared?
All scheduled Tweets will be shared via the @Champ_Payne Twitter account.
Will a post significantly increase my sales?
Tweets should primarily be used to create awareness of share information, and not to drive sales per se.
How long should a Tweet be?
A Tweet is limited to 140 characters. To ensure you stay within the 140-character limit please make use of Letter Count.
What can be included in a Tweet?
Words, links to website, emoji’s, as well as an image.
Can I book a Tweet even though I’m not on Twitter?
You are more than welcome to do so. Please ensure you stay with the character limit, and that the Tweet has all the relevant details and contact information.
How many images can I include in my Tweet?
You can upload one image per Tweet. Images are purely optional.
What is the best time to Tweet?
Research has shown that some of the best times to Tweet include breakfast (07:00-09:00); Lunch (11:00-14:00) and Dinner (16:00-20:00), however this varies from day to day, as well as whether any national or global events are taking place. Because less Tweets are posted for example between 01:00-06:00, more people could potentially see it if one posted during that time. For best results, we suggest experimenting with a range of content and posting it at different times of the week and day. If you are based in South Africa and your product or service can be shipped international, then 01:00-06:00 SAST could be ideal for targeting the international following.

Followers are based all over the world.

How many Tweets can I secure?
There’s currently no overall limit to the number of Tweets a single person, brand or business can secure.
How many Tweets can I schedule per day?
Unless it is for an event, # promotion, launch, conference, or special occasion, no more than 3 Tweets should be scheduled by a person or brand for a single day. This is to ensure followers remain intrigued and don’t get overwhelmed by your content.
How far in advance can I schedule Tweets?
Currently you are welcome to schedule till the end of 2018. This will be reviewed periodically.
Should I include contact details in my Tweet?
It is entirely up to you. If you are on Twitter your Tweet can link to your Twitter name, alternatively you can include a website, telephone number or attach an image with all the relevant contact information.
Will a scheduled Tweet be posted ‘as is’?
All Tweets are subject to review, and if required, may be edited and sent back to you for approval. No Tweets requiring edits will be posted unless they have been approved by yourself, as well as by @Champ_Payne.
Why are Tweets reviewed?
Tweets are reviewed to ensure the content is ‘family friendly’, doesn’t incite violence, hatred, discrimination, destruction, and so forth, and furthermore that it doesn’t suggest endorsement by @Champ_Payne.
Is it possible to edit a Tweet after it has been reviewed, approved and scheduled?
To minimize effort, we strongly encourage you to only book Tweets once the content has been approved by all relevant parties internal to your organization.
We are currently exploring different ways of enabling users to edit their bookings online, while counterbalancing this with the time and effort it would take to review and approve Tweets again. We do not currently have this functionality available in the online shop, and therefore all changes to scheduled tweets need to be communicated via email.
How do I know how many Tweets I’ve scheduled?

Which products and services will not be shared via the Twitter account?
As Tweets are shared from a personal Twitter account, products and services not regarded as ‘family friendly’ will not be shared. Please send an email if you require more information: hi@champpayne.com . In addition, @Champ_Payne reserves the right to not send a Tweet for whatever reason. In such an instance you will be refunded.
When do I pay for a Tweet?
Secure Tweets
Tweets are first purchased by following the ‘Secure Tweets‘ tab in the store. Once payment has been made you will be sent a coupon code within 24hours which you can use for ‘Boost My Business’. Instead of making an additional payment in ‘Boost My Business’ , you will merely use the coupon code to discount the amount.
How do I pay for Tweets?
Payment is made by EFT or Credit Card via PayFast, or alternatively, via PayPal.
How is payment facilitated in the online shop?
Payment is primarily facilitated through Payfast.
Paypal is available as a secondary payment option.
How do I pay via Paypal?
To cover administrative costs, payment via Paypal is $. To secure your Tweets, follow this link and pay for the number of Tweets you would like to secure. Once done, forward proof of payment to: hi@champpayne.com
How do I purchase a coupon?
Coupons are purchased via Secure Tweets or via Paypal. Please send us the proof of payment after making payment in Paypal.
What is the turnaround time for delivering the coupon code?
The coupon code will be sent to you within 24hours after securing your Tweets.
What will happen when all the Tweets linked to my coupon have been scheduled?
Based on the number of Tweets you had secured initially, a limit will be placed on the coupon. Once the limit has been reached you will no longer be able to use the coupon code.
For how long is a coupon valid?
A coupon is valid until the end of 2018.
How much does a Tweet cost?
Tweets are priced at R1000 via Secure Tweets and R1050 via Paypal.
